If you’re based outside of the UK, the term UCAS might be unfamiliar. It stands for the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service. The centralised platform is used by all UK universities for undergraduate applications.

Every student, whether from the UK or international, must apply through UCAS to enrol in a UK degree programme. It simplifies the process, allowing you to apply to up to five universities with one application.
